Responsibilities
• Work with the assigned Business Stream stakeholders to determine, prioritise and execute activities to support business initiatives
• Be responsible for ensuring that service offerings and capabilities are aligned with business priorities. This includes driving the planning of future ERP capabilities and relevant business applications in line with the Finance Business Stream strategic objectives
• Accountability for ensuring delivery of the agreed service levels and project release plans to the Finance BCL Business Stream
• Ensure compliance with a common system architecture
• Ensure a common approach is taken wherever practicable and legal, ensuring solutions are accepted across the stakeholders in line with the Business Governance Model
• Provide consultative services to BCL management as a SME including managing project budgets, business case development, and strategic project identification
• Apply subject matter expertise of the ERP to assist in day-to-day operation in production support
• Assure the delivery of outsourced ERP services to ensure that service quality meets agreed expectations and contract conditions
• Establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitor feedback to ensure continuous improvements
• Establish and manage expectations within the business and manage relationship with the external providers to achieve those expectations

• Bachelors level qualification in IT and business-related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in ERP solutions – preferably Infor M3 - within a Dairy and/or Manufacturing industry
• 2 years’ service management or business analyst experience
• Industry experience in Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance and/or Finance
• Knowledge and previous application of an ERP system development life cycle
• Experience and solid knowledge of M3 modules with integration for manufacturing business and related best-of-breed business solutions
