The Role Understand clients recruitment requirements to provide a high level of service Nurture existing client relationships and identify and secure new business opportunities Maintain a strong database of contract and permanent candidates Advertise, shortlist and interview candidates Manage and coordinate interview processes between clients and candidates Achieve targets Identify opportunities to cross-sell to our broader teams Mentor & coach consultants within the wider IT team Negotiating Terms of Business and Commercials with clients To be successful, you will demonstrate At least 5 years experience within the recruitment industry within IT/Technology A proven track record of sales success in generating new business is essential A proven track record in working in a fast paced environment in achieving targets Outstanding Verbal and Written communication skills Strong Influencing and Negotiation skills A desire for continuous personal and professional development A passion to work as part of our broader team
