We are looking to engage an experienced Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership for our company projects and help us take the next step in our growth.
Duties and responsibilities:
Working closely with the Project Management team, the role will be involved in projects from end to end and will include scoping, estimating, documentation, project delivery and QA. You will have responsibilities across many aspects including but not limited to;
Interpreting plans, drawings and specifications, evaluating technical specification, methodologies, timelines, etc.
Developing detailed construction methods, cost estimates, and project implementation plans using relevant technical tools
Managing critical activities in project delivery and providing technical guidance to Site Supervisors
Monitoring progress and reporting to clients
Contributing to company growth and development at both operational and strategic levels.
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Civil.
A minimum of 2 years’ working as an engineer with proven on-site experience.
Self-starting, capable and motivated.
Highly organised.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to effectively handle business and technical challenges.
Exceptional knowledge of EH&S in construction.
Construction White Card.
