As part of your role, duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Assist the sales department with all orders, monitoring and reporting cost of orders, products, and services, tracking activities to ensure they do not exceed the project budget.
Demonstrate knowledge of read and interpret technical, architectural and fabrication drawings and building construction blueprint and designing in accordance with structural requirements
Understand different materials and systems applied to the different construction methods and assessing if the material follows the requires quality standard whilst studying specifications
Manage orders and delivery’s according customers deadlines, verifying on arrival and making sure all the items meet the order and the specification, quality standard.
Project scoping, budget estimates, material purchasing and ordering, in accordance with the project plan
Organising all the schedules with our factory vs customers calendar.
Understand the differing needs per project specifications and managing accordingly
Continual assessment in addition to monitoring in line with design specifications and readjustment on an as needed basis and in line with resource considerations
Received, sort store and received goods in the system, when needed pick items prepare issue goods and dispatch to clients, supporting logistics and coordination of activities.
Managing all the activities of the Sydney warehouse in line with resources
Skills Required
Minimum 5 years’ post graduate experience on medium/high-rise residential projects (preferred)
Experience in a construction and management environment would be desirable
Experience with façade mouldings and casting products is essential,
Experience in customer service
Experience in Microsoft programs

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and prioritise workloads to meet changing deadlines
Education and Previous Experience Required
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Project Management – or above (preferred)
Conversant with civil construction methodologies
Strong focus on WH&S, Environmental and Quality and demonstrated experience.
