We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to bring their high-level organisational and liaison skills to support our dynamic team environment.
Duties will include managing the Executive Director’s diary, assisting in co-ordinating events, travel administration, purchasing, record keeping, general project support and administrative duties as required.
To be successful you will need:
Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering administrative support across a range of operational activities (e.g. scheduling/organising events and meetings, travel bookings, record keeping, drafting and formatting of documents).
Demonstrated ability to deliver support in procurement, accounts payables and credit card reconciliation.
Competency in Microsoft Office computer software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
Diploma in Office Administration with subsequent relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
