You will be a technical expert supported by a likeminded team that is driven by a passion to help clients achieve their goals and improve society for today and future generations. Reporting to the Victorian Civil Lead, we are looking for a team-oriented and client-focused Civil Engineer to help build and support our Drainage Engineering capability. What to expect day to day: • Deliver drainage engineering projects on time and in line with Australian engineering standards and the relevant statutory requirements. Apply principles and professional knowledge and judgement to plan and implement projects to ensure best practice engineering for our clients. • Demonstrate effective communication with clients and internal teams via presentations, networking and consulting skills and foster excellent working relationships. • Lead, mentor and coach other engineers to help develop their technical skills and knowledge. • Identify and manage technical and commercial risks with solid problem solving and analytical skills. • Engage in business operations and demonstrate an understanding the impact of works practices on the financial outcome of projects.
