We're looking for some extra help producing our shoots! Our growing team of video production pros need an extra set of hands to call on to produce our shoots. In this role, you'll work alongside our camera operators on shoots with our clients to ensure we're capturing everything we need for our post team to create some crackerjack video content. You'd also look after our client through our pre-production process and brief our post team. Opportunities you'll get ... To work across a massive range of projects from simple content marketing pieces to big brand content pieces. To grow with us as we grow. To flex your creative muscle in producing cool content for a wide range of brands and organisations. Responsibilities you'll have ... To liaise directly with clients and knock their socks off on location. Supervise shoots and ensure all footage we need is collected. To communicate clearly and regularly with clients about their video projects before, during and after the shoot. To work efficiently and meet deadlines. This role is perfect for someone who has some experience producing interview-driven content for TV or professional video content and who loves having a relaxed chat with people while a camera-op works their magic next to them. You must: Be passionate about telling a story in an authentic way. Be driven to create the very best product every time. Have an attitude that makes people want to work with you. Be up for the challenge of creating compelling videos for business and not-for-profit clients. Be able to respond professionally to feedback from our team and from clients. Be up for the challenges of creating awesome, fresh and creative content within the limitation of clients' deadlines. You'll need to have: Experience working as a producer with a focus on interviewing people who haven't been on-camera before. Experience dealing professionally with customers/clients in a previous role. Minimum 2-3 years experience at a Production Company or Network.
