Key Responsibilities:
Ability to analyse client requirements and business needs or objectives to determine how software can best meet client’s requirements and objectives.
• Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures and work practices
• Ability to monitor the cost, and calculate and deploy the appropriate resources
• Assist with creating user and training documentation
• Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
• Design a project schedule and set timeline for each member of the team and delegate specific tasks to each resource of the project.
• Liaise with product vendors on any issues relevant for our customers or MicroChannel.
• Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing guidance and assistance in the decision-making process.
Knowledge and skills that will support success:
• Demonstrated 3 years of experience in managing complex combined business and IT projects to strict delivery schedules within the ERP sector
• Exceptional Stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience working with executives and senior leadership is a must.
• Demonstrate experience and understanding of the ERP implementation processes: Scope, time, costs, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurements, and integration
• Strong training and understanding of project management frameworks and methodology (Agile, Prince2, PMP, PMBOK etc...)
• The ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Advanced user of MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps desirable
• Tertiary qualifications in ICT is desirable
