Restaurant Reservation & Event Manager We're currently going through an amazing growth phase that includes the opening of a brand-new multifaceted 600 seat hospitality venue in Chadstone, with the intention this will become part of your portfolio as well. Your day to day: Manage guest communication, reservations, large groups and event inquires. Act as the initial point of contact for the venue. Provide clear and accurate booking reports to stakeholders. You'll have: Previous restaurant experience. Proficient ability across all technology, such as MS office and Apple. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make reasoned decision at minimal notice. Ability to plan, strategize and execute plans and service. Continuous Drive to improve. Collaborative and creative leadership skills. The Role: Ensure the recording and processing of all reservation inquiries made by phone and email are efficient and accurate. Manage communication between guests, clients and the restaurant team. Enjoy training, motivating and developing team members. Create a positive and productive work environment and ensuring superior guest service Drive continuous improvement in all reservation and event procedures, processes and client engagement.
