Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 10+ years

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

The successful candidate will be: Around 20 years of engineering experience of which at least 10 in medium to large projects as a project manager and/or construction manager. Demonstrated proficiency working within geotechnical, soil mechanics field, required experience: Stone Column, Rigid Inclusion, Controlled Modulus Column, Rapid Impact compaction, Dynamic Replacement, Dynamic & Vibro Compaction Demonstrated experience in successful interactions and problem solving with multi-disciplinary project teams across the globe. Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams of construction workers engineers, supervisors and site workers. Previous experience working across different cultures and maintaining key relationships. Technical knowledge and experience: Civil and Geotechnical Concepts and Engineering: Geotechnical Ground improvement techniques for example: CMC, Compaction A genuine commitment to strong WHS and quality management culture Required to undergo pre-employment medical
