They have a very strong design culture focusing on high end residential projects in regional, coastal and inner suburban areas of Melbourne. This practice has been running for more than 30 years with a loyal clientele of high net worth individuals wanting bespoke housing solutions with budgets upwards of $30million plus. The Opportunity Our client seeks an enthusiastic individual to take on a Documenter role. You will be using your strong experience of Revit to contribute to highly detailed documentation that require intricate detailing to resolve beautifully crafted designs. This is an opportunity to grow your 360° architectural skills and develop your technical skills with high quality standards. You will work in a fun, laid back, collaborative environment alongside experts in the industry. To be Successful: You will possess: Demonstrated experience documenting projects using Revit. he ability to work autonomously A minimum of 3-5 years of high end/bespoke residential housing experience. Strong construction knowledge, with excellent detail resolution skills; and High level communication skills.
